1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using the Mini Diary app ("App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.
2. Use of the Application
Mini Diary is provided to you free of charge. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.
3. Data Loss
Mini Diary stores all your data locally on your device. We are not responsible for any loss of journal entries due to app deletion, device resetting, device theft, or hardware failure. It is your responsibility to manage the backups of your personal device.
4. No Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our App for business and operational reasons.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
